We are Giulio and Romina. He has always smelled perfumes with his eyes closed, letting his sense of smell guide his imagination. She chose to build something that wasn't just a brand, but one that evoked emotions and left a lasting impression. Together, we created Not Compliance: niche Italian perfumes that don't ask for permission.
